We're Taylor and Kevin from Mathers On The Map, a Travel Adventure / Van Life channel. After building and living in a van for 2 years, we parked the van to finish our travel goal of visiting 30 countries before we turned 30 years old (we were actually 30 years and 2 months old but who’s counting). Once we got home, we decided it was time to sell our first camper van and buy a new one! Now we’re currently on our second van build documenting the entire van build journey on our channel with Van Build Series 2.0.

Steven Glass & Mitchell Rosko

Paved to Pines started as an idea between two college roommates and best buds, Mitchell Rosko and Steven Glass We met playing college hockey in beautiful British Columbia in a city called Castlegar. The outdoor focused Kootenay region and culture brought on our love of fishing, hiking, camping and everything else outdoors related which inevitably led us to find out about Vanlife and Skoolie conversions. "How cool would it be if we turned a School Bus into an RV?" was a conversation we often caught ourselves in after drinking a few.... root beers.. in College. Fast forward one year after College, Paved to Pines Founder, Steven decided to make this a reality so he traded his motorcycle for a 1992 Blue Bird 40 Foot School Bus. After countless weeknights and weekends building our first Skoolie (the DIY community knows what we're talking about), Judy was finally built and Steven was living the Skoolie life full-time!

Tawny McVay

Tawny and Mike McVay live in a converted school bus with Aidyn, 15, and Ellery, 14, who are Tawny's children from a previous relationship. The family travels the country in their "schoolie" while working remotely and homeschooling. "We suddenly looked around, and it was like, 'What are we doing?'" Tawny said. "We owned this big, three-story colonial home and drove brand new cars. On the outside, we had everything that we were told when were young would make us happy. What we thought we wanted was obviously not making us happy."

Since 2015 when we hit the road to live full-time in an RV, we’ve experienced first-hand what it takes to travel, live, and work on the road. We’ve been to all corners of the USA, renovated multiple RVs, fixed countless RV maintenance and repair issues, and personally helped install over 20 RV solar systems. We started from the humble beginnings of filming travel vlogs for YouTube. Now, we’ve published full-length documentary series on Amazon Prime Video and co-hosted/filmed a TV show on Discovery Channel and PBS. We now have over 100,000 subscribers on YouTube and reach millions of readers every year. What started out as a fun way to share adventures with friends and family has grown into a central source for the most sought-after RV and travel information on the web. What hasn’t changed is our passion for travel and adventure, and the love of sharing our experiences so others can do the same.
